The Uni days -09

Greetings folks!

Hope you all are keeping well

I don't know if my readers are stargazing enthusiasts, but the author certainly is. If you are too, then I'd like to flaunt how beautiful the night skies from my hostel look. Now you might say, "Sharwani... skies are the same everywhere"...I partially agree because, the sky here is clearer and the amount of visibility from the naked eye is greater. It's always like a colorful pallete with different hues, concentrated at the top and smudging as we look down to the horizon. In this beautiful looking multichromatic canvas, there are monochromatic frames of black birds flying; white stars glittering, which makes it a beautiful picturesque; The moon selflessly showering her silvery sparkle on everyone talking to their families on the terrace.

Nature depicting it's perfect inelasticity towards people of all castes, creeds, races, irrespective of the cranial capacities,IQ levels, riches, status, not making anyone feel dumb or deceived and providing everything which it has with warm hands. Isn't this something which we must imbibe from the nature? Irrespective of how people and situations are, always being on the lending side and letting the nature decide the rest. I feel in today's generation, where everyone wants to be in rat race, finding people who are selflessly pure from their hearts is an arduous task! (Agreed? We share mindsets then🙌🏻) I think a personality with virtuous character, ethics and morals should be placed higher than anyone. I agree, supreme knowledge, extreme wealth and all are considered but... all these quantitative aspects give us power, because of which people around us give us humongous respect, but see, if the same power and status are gone, it's ultimately the qualitative aspects making significant positive impact, because of which people look upto us. Even while choosing our ideals, we subconsciously look into these details right?

I actually want to share something but I'm little bashful about doing so.... you guys would understand me(Right naaaa!?), so I'll just say it. I started this blog way back in 2019 with an intent to write everything what I experience and share it to people, so that it spreads joy(hein na?), humor(ye toh pakka hoga!) and a little motivation(indirectly hotha hein yaar, padho dhyaan see). Initially I had 10-15 constant people who were reading it and were really supportive. That satisfaction from them reading it felt too good for me. I'm really grateful now, that it has increased to a very good three digit number (it looks like a small number, but it's a lot from what I expected and started this blog). This blog has been receiving a lot of appreciations from juniors randomly while walking, by seniors who've stopped me and said...by friends while having lunch together.. The utility I'm obtaining from this, is exceeding day by day. It's soo satisfying and joy giving. I don't know if you'll can understand it, but it's truly worth the time I put into this. I just want to thank you'll for being extremely kind and supportive 🤍I promise that this blog will always serve it's purpose of filling your heart with a good feel after every read. 😇 I think today's blog is a lot about people and mindsets. This is what happens when you've just crossed the early twenties and are actually in the tough road of adulting. But dilse we're all in the sweet teens right?😁

Moving on to the interesting topics...

Those who are in hostels and craving for home food would relate to what I'm going to say. One of the basic needs of survival, food (hostel ka khaaana!) becomes so boring ki mein kya bolu. But the exciting part is when you cook in the room with your aadha parivaar i.e., roommates! The little MasterChef programme which happens, the intimidating looks of seniors who always doubt us of cooking because it's prohibited in the hostel premises, the chup-chaap escapes, finding ingredients from the mess, it's not less than an entertaining treasure hunt. It's too nice when all of your close friends are together, talking, helping and cooking yummy things in your hostel room and sharing it.

Cooking se yaad aaya... desperation could lead to such ideas, aapko andaaza bhi nahi hoga..I have friends in other colleges and he once told me that they made the famous chicken dum biryani in an electric kettle! It's out of human imagination (for me atleast). I agree, boys hostel is something else only, but biryaniiiii I don't know. We're good and we only stick to edible delicacies unlike them😂. I want to introduce a new combination of food to you'll which is sort of weird to listen, but extremely nice to try. Instant noodles...who doesn't like it? Snehal made me addict to this habit of having them with a generous amount of lemon juice squeezed on top.  No, don't stop reading! Even I'm not a pineapple on pizza fan, but this combination cannot be missed. Next time, you try making instant noodles, try this and you'd definitely like it.(If you don't like it, then broo! We're unlikes😅)

Recently, Snehal, I and Sonal have been to a chota trip and the amount of fun we've had... kya bolu mein...lit! She's one of the most straightforward and frank persons I've met in this college. It's the first time I've got to hangout with a non-introvert friend. I'll put this aside for a moment to tell you'll how introverted my heere(gems) from graduation were! Snehal, I've written enough about her that even my juniors know who she is😂- she speaks hindi at home so she wouldn't speak telugu much, Ammu was a malayali, so telugu koruchu arayo ( it means "knows only little" in malayalam), Bhavana was always at home and Srikanth....uff! I've met Srikanth recently after 2 years of college and this ladka! was the same introvert. I've forced him to meet at a really fancy restaurant and he had come as if we were having tea at charminar🤦🏼‍♀️Right from talking and giving details at the entry, talking to the waiter about which table to choose, the food choices and everything, it was just me. The chef came, obviously looked at the guy to ask about the preferable spice tolerance and food cuisine to have, but this guy didn't utter a single word too, the ambivert had to manage everything.Introverts are like this na, pure at heart but don't show much emotions or words outside... understandable... chaltha hein!Jogipet Srikanth fictional, maa Jagityal Srikanth original raa...😅(Took a famous telugu movie reference)

Coming back to the exciting trip, I've vlogged the entire trip and according to the reviews received...I should've really been a travel vlogger by profession😂 It's not that we've been to fancy places or like a fancy itinerary but it's the people and the environment whom we're surrounded ...barobar aahe na? Sonal and I were roommates earlier and I've learnt a lot from her. Bhai.. who straight up calls msrtc services to ask about when is the bus coming, why are buses not yet arriving, how much time it'll take for a bus to reach from one place to another, I just froze! For me, it's not common at all. Once we approached an idle auto and that uncle was demanding 3X price. She straight said "Mag tumhi ashe khaali basnar ka divas bhar"😂 wah! (non-marathi speakers... I'm sorry guys.It sounds better in marathi only)The amount of guts it takes to be such straightforward ... truly appreciatable! Throughout the trip, I was amazed at how bold, confident and responsible this girl was, moulding according to the situations!

This university is magical for me. I don't know why many people want to leave this place asap and go, but for me, it has become so addictive that even a minute thought of leaving this place is concerning me. It's primarily because of the people I've met here.. selflessly pure! and ofcourse, the environment too. The everyday long talks with my dear friends on random topics, for random hours, at random times....I feel I disturb their rigorous study schedule a lot but I'm not supposed to say so itseems, sooo🙊Such kind hearts they are! A couple of weeks back I remember having a long conversation with my senior in the lawn after dinner, amidst the cool breezes, under the moonlight...such affectionate people!

I think we should really acknowledge the existence of such beautiful hearts around us who always help us through the crests and troughs of life and want to see us shine.... On this heartfelt note, I would conclude this blog.I thank my wonderful readers for sparing 10 minutes of their valuable time😇
